How many weekends are left this year?
The big number starts with every Saturday-starting weekend in your local calendar year and excludes the ones already completed. It updates automatically as weekends end and the year changes.
How many weekends are in a year?
A year has 52 or 53 Saturday-starting weekends, depending on where its Saturdays fall. The ticket board shows one for each Saturday in the current local year, including a final weekend whose Sunday may land in January.
How is a weekend counted?
A weekend is Saturday plus Sunday. It belongs to the year containing its Saturday, which gives every weekend one clear owner.
Does this weekend count?
Yes. During Saturday or Sunday, the current weekend still counts because part of it remains. It becomes completed at local Monday 00:00.
How many weekend days are left?
This is counted separately. A Saturday or Sunday counts if that calendar day is today or later and lies inside the current year—so it is not simply weekends multiplied by two.
What if a weekend crosses New Year?
The Saturday decides which year owns it. Only Saturday/Sunday dates actually inside the current year contribute to the weekend-days count.
Are public holidays included?
No. There is no country detection or holiday calendar. Weekend means Saturday and Sunday everywhere in this first version.
